I AM FREE!

Paper done. Now I don't have to think about school anymore for the next THREE MONTHS. Woo hoo!

*smells wonderful fresh air*

Mum picked me up from expo at 5.40pm on the dot, and we made our way to Parkway Parade! (which she called East Coast Parkway at first hehe)

Had linner at Banquet (disappoinment. but oh well.) , then walked around Parkway in search of MPH bookstore.

I had a mini scarefest at MPH, where the three middle toes of my right foot literally curled into themselves. Which of course freaked me out, and as I was at the kids' section, I'm sure a couple of kids freaked out as well.

I managed not to scream as loud as I wanted. The pain was excruciating. Luckily mum was there, and she pushed me to sit on the floor (which was thankfully carpeted) and I asked Harith to take off my shoe. Then mum pushed the toes back up and like, can you imagine the scene? Hahahahahahahhaa. Nonsense.

I hate those kind of cramps 'cause I freak out every.single.time.

Anyways, before that, mum treated the kids to Anderson's ice cream (which cost $4 a cone. *jaw drops*)

And then she got me a book! Woo hoo!

Ok, I'm tired, and I shall now sleep. I apologize for what Huda calls, my dis-jointedness. Will put up some other photos of random days past.

Sway.

I talk to you as to a friend
I hope that’s what you’ve
come to be
It feels as though we’ve
made amends
Like we found a way
eventually

It was you who picked
the pieces up
When I was a broken soul
And then glued me
back together
Returned to me what
others stole

I don’t wanna hurt you
I don’t wanna make you sway
Like I know I’ve done before
I will not do it anymore
I’ve always been a dreamer
I've had my head among
the clouds
Now that I’m coming down
Won’t you be my solid ground?

I look at you and see a friend
I hope that’s what you wanna be
Are we back now where
it all began?
Have you finally forgiven me?

You gathered my dreams in
When they all blew away
And then tricked them
back into me
You saved me I was
almost dead

~*~

Big day tmr.
Hope the world will right itself again soon.
Good night to you.

One more to go. Heh heh.

My left hand is fast reaching it's expiry date. I think I've put so much strain on it, it can't possibly handle any more writing. *frowns* My left ring finger has gotten even more crooked. :(

Had Financial Management just now, which was.. I don't know the word for it. A handful of people left after 2 hours.. I wrote so much that it startled me when I reached the end of the booklet. Haha. But that doesn't mean what I DID write was not nonsense. Haiz. I shall just pray.. hard.

Last paper next Wednesday, and then I'm home free! Woo hoo!

I want to organize a couple of outings. *taps chin* A picnic with the extended family at Pasir Ris or East Coast would be great. And possibly a laser quest outing. But I don't know who to go with yet (besides the boy of course.)

I wish I had thought of sitting outside with my laptop instead of lying on my sister's bed. Now I'm too tired to get up. For real.

General lasik is now priced at $1800 for one eye. Macam nak gitu eh? Lifetime savings for glasses and contact lenses. But the risks are still.. scary I guess.

I want to work on my laptop from home.

I think I shall go to sleep. I'm too tired to think.

Good night.

I wish I were spending time with You instead. :D

Ahha.

So today I was stuck at home, not doing anything.. Far from picking up some notes to go through.. or some questions to attempt.

No.

I was sprawled on the two seater with another Agatha Christie book, and lo and behold, the most magnificent sound was heard.

A ring tone. It went, "DING DONG! DING DONG! DING DONG!" Persistent little ring tone it was. And then I felt the beginnings of a smile. I picked up the phone and answered it, only to hear another magnificent sound.

"Hello sayang."

Hehe.

and then there came the usual.. 'How was your day' and 'How were the kids' and 'Have you eaten yet?'

and then.. quite suddenly... the voice went,

"Hey. I forgot."

"What?"

"Happy Anniversary dear."

~*~

*smiles*

Happy Anniversary to you too.

I love, I love, I love you.

P.S : Haha. I wish we'd have gotten together at least one month earlier. I cannot BELIEVE I actually forgot. :p Yes lah. You win this time. Hehe.

Ladiessss and Gentlemennnn!

In a WAH turn of events, I am actually up before 12pm and bathed before 2pm. (hmm. I sound like a really naughty child.)

Will be out in half an hour if the weather permits, to do some financial management, (which I have shirked for more entertaining aspects of life.) and to sip some delicious Cafe Galilie hot chocolate. (which I get for $1.99, don't play play.)

So far, my exam period has been horrible. But then again, it was either a month long exam period, or a 2 week exam period with 2-3 days of breaks in between. *nods soberly* I prefer the month long period. I had 3 consecutive days of exams, and by the third day, my body was begging for sleep.

Woe is me.

Anyways, for some basi news, the UOL exam missstake was featured in The New Paper (wohoho) and so was my lecturer. Haha. I found out from one of my friends that he was extremely angry with the (exam) paper, but to my disappointment, didn't really seem upset at all when featured in the (news) papers. Ah well.

I've been keeping myself exam-brain-free with this little game. It's seriously for people who :

1) Are crazy.
2) Like jigsaw puzzles.
3) Have no other way to spend their time besides studying.
4) Are like me.

Here's a screenshot :

Yes, ladies and gentlemen.. Besides being awfully difficult, it is also, White.

Hafiz thinks I'm nuts. But there you are. (please refer to point 1.) I'm at level (18x13) now. That's jigsaw-nerd speak for Level 15.

To also play this seemingly easy game, CLICK!

I also miss the boy. *sniff sniff* I've only managed to meet him once since my exams started. BOO. :(

OH WAIT! I FORGOT!!!

HAPPY BURTHDAY MAKKKK!!!!!!
WHeeeee! *throws confetti*

Ahha.. I'll be back later to properly wish you horh. *beams*

Ok. 15 minutes left. The weather seems better.

Churrah~

Loller-Koster lah.

Exam hall at Expo. You could live there like an Eskimo if you wanted. Never ending breath of frozen air.

Monday : All ready and um worked up for Management Math. Got to the paper, still ok.

Tuesday : Sociology paper. Was ok. EXCEPT OUR QUESTION WASN'T THERE!!!

*takes a deep breath*

My life hangs in balance. Haha. Chey. Ok lah. Not so much. But I REALLY REALLY want to pass Sociology. Really.

So the thing with it was... There was supposed to be 8 questions, the first two are compulsory while you're supposed to choose one out of the remaning six. However -:

1) LSE (London School of Economics) printed only 6 questions IN TOTAL.

2) Students in Singapore, Hong Kong and some other 'Zone B' countries had prepared to do an organization question. WHICH NEVER CAME OUT because of (1).

3) Hence students rock paper scissors the given questions (some like me proceeded to do elimination method and got the wrong answer obviously) and answered what they THOUGHT was the Organization question.

4) EXCEPT IT WASN'T EVEN THERE WAS IT??

And then this afternoon I got this in the mail:

Dear Students who sat for the Principles of Sociology exam on 15 May,

We are aware that Section C of the exam only provided a choice of 4 questions when there were supposed to be six and the last question on Organisations which students should answer was one of the two questions missing from the exam paper.

The LSE became aware of the situation only after SIM told them yesterday evening. Apparently there was a printing error when the paper was produced in London. The printing error was not picked up and affected candidates in Singapore, Hong Kong and a few other countries. We are all sorry that this happened. It really should not have. The University will issue a statement about this on the UOL website later today or tomorrow.

Mrs Gosling would like to assure students that no one will be disadvantaged. She has asked me to express her concern and that she hopes students will stay focused on your other papers and do well in your other exams. Don't worry about the Sociology paper now that it is over. Thank you.

*grumbles*

Haha. Haiya. But then ah, no use getting upset with the whole thing lah horh. Everybody angry and upset already. I should just relax. :) And make all the other people calm down. Eeet - ees - deestani.

I mean, think about it. Those who actually studied hard for the Organization question (unlike me) never even got the chance to PROVE that they um studied hard for the question. haha.

Then again, I won't be so happy if I like have to re-sit the paper. *shudders* And I'm not paying no money for something LSE did. (kalau SIM lain cerita lah.)

Wednesday : HRM Paper was all right. :) Hoping for the best.

Tomorrow till the 25th... Mugging hard for Financial Management which I haven't touched in ages. Argh.

But all's good, Alhamdullilah. *beams*

Hope your days were great too.

I MISS HANGING OUT WITH YOUUU. JUNE COME FASTER LEI.

Disclaimer : Hana apologizes for the amount of capital letters in this blog post. It is indeed her THOUSANDTH blog post and hence, she's a Kelakarian. Say it with me people!

Haha.. And you guys thought that day would never come. haha..

We celebrated Mothers' Day at Tok Mak's last night amidst fun and laughter. :)

Haha. I'm sorry I sound kinda disjointed. I'm tired and tomorrow's my first paper. But since I studied for about 6 hours non-stop today, I deserve a blog-break.

Sh-ba-doinkle!

Haha. I notice I haven't been ranting about Heroes (or putting their hot pictures up) lately. So..

I'M GOING TO DO IT NOW!!

*rubs hands gleefully*

Last week we saw Episode 20, where I think I jumped around the house a couple of times, much to the chagrin of the rest of the family (who were having dinner and obviously couldn't join me).

I think Episode 20 a.k.a 'Five Years Gone' absolutely rocked.

Oh, I just wanna say this before I forget : There should be more hot women on the show to offset the numerous hot men. Seriously. *taps chin* Hot women count = uh. 2. Niki/Jessica and Claire. (no, Niki/Jessica doesn't count as two.) I don't think Candice qualifies 'cause she's such a tennet. And ahem, Hana doesn't qualify because it's taking a bloody long time for her to appear in the series.

(and when she did, SHE died. -_-)

Hot men count = Peter, Sylar, Nathan..... ooookay. Um.

Nah.

Well, Isaac was okay. I thought he kind of redeemed himself ... when he died. :D Haha. Ok, and because I love the character so much, Hiro! And faithful side-kick, Ando! (who is not in the picture above, bummer.) And I think Micah is an adorable little boy. And hmm.. Mohinder grew a beard for Five Years Gone and looked so much better, so okay!

Sylar and Mohinder back-when-he-was-dumb. Well, still is actually.

See? We need more women on the show! (and what'sherface doesn't count. she died when Isaac shot her. Hardiharhar.)

Clairebear.

This week was Episode 21 a.k.a 'The Hard Part', which didn't rock as much as Episode 20, but STILL made me exclaim out loud at the ending.

Le Exploding Man.

"WHAT? HE'S GOING TO EXPLODE NOW??"

*black screen* To be continued...

-_-

Do you know how irritating those three words and three fullstops are? Hmmm? Do you have any idea???

Things I hated about the episode :

1) That Sylar STILL couldn't hear the two Asian guys scampering around his house even with the extra extra super super hearing. -_- Gimme a break can?

2) Candice. Big no-brainer here. She traps Micah! Micah! You smart kid.. Nooooooo... And what's up with the painting of Micah trapped in the tv/ looking into the tv of burning flames thing?

3) That Ted, Matt and Daddy Bennet are walking around Kibby Plaza a.k.a Linderman headquarters in New York and not even pretending to be covert. Hello??

4) That I don't know who the bad guys are anymore.

I mean. Bennet was bad, now he's good, but Thompson, Bennet's boss, is bad, and works for Linderman, which is, still bad. But then Angela Petrelli is ALSO working with Linderman, which is bad, but is mother to Nathan who is good, but working for Linderman who is bad.

And then you have Claire who is good, who wants to be with her daddy Nathan, which is good, but Nathan is confiding in Linderman and Thompson which is bad, and tells Peter (who is good, DUH.) to run for it, which is good, but Peter is the exploding man, who's going to kill 0.07% of the world's population, which is bad.

Do you see what I mean??

And THEN put Sylar (who is bad) on top of that whole bloody mess and you've got HEROES! :D:D:D

Things I loved about the episode :

1) Hiro and Ando and their subtitles. Haha..

He still looks like a really nerdy martian to me. Haha..

2) When Sylar trapped his mother in a real life snow globe of sorts.

3) When Ted actually THAWED a car using his hands. *SO EFFING COOL!*

4) The last part where Peter meets Ted and starts to glow and I exclaim, "WHAT?? HE'S GOING TO EXPLODE NOW???"

~*~

Haha.. I think I might have to watch it a second time. I don't get why Peter and Claire were at Kibby Plaza. I mean, wasn't Peter supposed to get the yellow taxis and closed streets? Or.. wasn't Peter supposed to meet his brother at his brother's campaign... headquarters?

Hmmmmm.. *taps chin*

Well, anyway, that was a healthy rant! I feel so much better now that I've released all my nerdy pent-up energy.

And I can't wait for the last 2 episodes! Whoopee!

I hope Sylar *still* lives. It wouldn't be much fun if he didn't. But, I have little hope since it seems that Hiro is going to kill him. Nyah.

Ok, I shall stop here. Haha. I'm thinking... Only Farhan and Huda would have read it up till here. :D

So, good night you two. :D

In which Hana goes for a long, long walk.

I saw Spiderman 3 yesterday. Haha..

Farhan the wonderful actually booked the tickets on Monday ni
ght. :)

*SPOILER. DO NOT READ THE FOLLOWING IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE.*

Although I admit that the movie was altogether, good, I'm FORCED to gripe about it solely because of one thing.

(just scroll down lah horh.)

JAMES FRANCO a.k.a HARRY OSBOURNE slash 'THE NEW GOBLIN' DIED.

It's enough reason to be grumbling about the movie afterward. I mean WHATTTT. How can you kill off the character:

1) Whose dad was killed by Spiderman. (even if Spiderman insists that he was killed by his own glider.)

2) Whose girlfriend Peter Parker stole. (the girl wasn't even that decisive in the first place.)

3) Whose face Spiderman disfigured. (YOU DISFIGURED HIS FACE HOW DARE YOU!!)

4) WHO STILL CAME BACK EVEN WITH ALL THE REASONS STATED ABOVE TO HELP SPIDERMAN defeat The Sandman and Venom (who died so fast it was disappointing.)

I do not agree with this ending. It was too URGH. Like. Aiyo. He even said that Peter was his best friend AS HE DIED. WTH LAH. Come on. He killed your dad, stole your grapefishes, and DISFIGURED your face and you STILL insisted that he's your best friend??

AARGH.

~*~

Anyways, I only liked Peter when he was all emo. Hahaha. Refreshing change. Wished he'd retain the hair if anything. Hahaha..

And I thought Harry's suit was nice. But the name was extremely kental. 'THE NEW GOBLIN'? Come on lah. If he was 'THE GREEN GOBLIN' in the comics just call him that can anot?

*END OF SPOILERS.*

Haha. Ok. To cut this blog post short, I'll just post some pictures I took yesterday.

Farhan Suhada a.k.a The Wonderful

P.S : Thanks for everything. :) I don't know how I'd get through this year without YOUR sanity. Hehe. YKILY.

The new star of the next Spiderman movie. a.k.a 'The New Lizard'

Carlsberg Tower @ Imbiah Lookout

Ok. Back to the books. Enjoy what's left of the day everybody. :D

Ack.

My face is breaking out in .. rashes. I think. It's itchy seh. Argh.

Anyways. First paper very very soon. *whee* Excited seh. Especially since all the NUS/NTU students HAVE ALREADY FINISHED. *pouts*

I think I reached an all new low point this year. It's like I'm just tired and I want my uni life to be over already. (can anot? can anot?) BOLEH GITU?
Aiya. See lah. Now I can't stop saying that either. Bah.

Can't wait for exams to be over. And then one more year with (hopefully) only two modules, and I'm home free.

I find that post-its are good facial therapy. Just stick it on your face and laugh. You'll feel much better instantly.

I'm sorry about the PS nonsense. I was too lazy. But yah. Try lah. Post-its are fun!

This song is very addictive. For the past few days I had the music video in my head but not the music and it drove me nuts. And I kept asking people whether they've seen the music video with the whistling paper children. -_-

Huda, the two monsters and I were up late last night just jabbering nonsense. -_- I woke up with a sore throat because I laughed too much. We played the backwards game.. Something mum came up with when I was a kid during long train rides.

Like, say, Hod-Ylap. (Go on, say it out loud.) Hahaha.. And then everybody else tries to figure out what that is. (Play-doh!)

And after that was all the stupid things we could think of. I find that four and five letter words are the funniest things to say. Example : Ysiad

And then I was suddenly naming all my siblings' future children. Harith was going to have a kid called Toshiba and Hakim's kid was going to be called Hitachi. Hahaha.. And suddenly they were calling my kid Orchard Road. I can't remember what Huda's was. Was it Samsung? Yah. I think so.

-_-

So I named Hakim's kid Causeway Point and Harith's kid became Mustafa Center.

Hahaha.. And then suddenly came a whole new other game where it's not Mukhsin and Orked anymore, but MUSTAFA AND ORCHET!

Whee! We are all jenius!

Then suddenly I wanted to name my kid Kak Yam. Hahahahahahahahaha.

Can you imagine? "This is my daughter, Siti Nur Kak Yam."

HAHAHAHA.

Ok. Yes. I miss blogging nonsense. But I shall, um. Persevere. I think. :p

Now, I shall go hit the books once more. Spidey tomorrow! Woo hoo!

Because it's his special day...

Hahahaha. I like his face lah. It looks damn rubbery.

Anyways, 'His' is not Mr Bean... It's actually....

Haha.. I can't believe the little monster is all of EIGHT! He certainly doesn't look like it. :p

So the five monsters plus Mummy Monster (this is all starting to sound like Sesame Street. just bear with me.) went to JEC to have Pizza Hut! Woo hoo!

Hafiz farted a lot there. SO BUSOK! Wah lau. I think the waitress also walked away as quickly as she could after he let one particularly smelly one fly. The rest of us unfortunately couldn't do the same. Extremely unfortunate that.

I think it's all the tuna you ate at your camp la bro. Smelly can?

After that, mum took us to IMM where we of course had fun at Giant!! You know, i think my family is the only family that goes YAAY! when the mother says we're going grocery shopping. Haha..

Anyways, IMM was about an hour to closing time, and hence there was hardly anybody about. So we had a lot of fun in general.

That was Aiz moonwalking. Man even I didn't know he could do that.

Haha. After that we piled mum's trolly with our junk food, and after a lot of laughter, dancing, farting in Hafiz's case, we went home.

All in all, t'was another day well spent. :)

i hope yours went well too.

Good night!
