Going Ga-ga over..

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...

Ok, I do realize that it's been quite long since I've been gushing and gushing about Heroes. Haha.. It's partly because of Grey's Anatomy (yaay!) and well, partly because it's still starting slowly.. Haha.. Everyone's storylines haven't been crossing. But now.. things are starting to get a little interesting.. Hehe..



Opocot. Haha. K, I couldn't resist. :p Sadly, Sylar's storyline is wayyyy over in Mexico. *I want more fights with Petrelli please!!* :D But it's great. Hahaha.. He's prolly going to take Maya and make her his student and keel the whole world of Heroes! Mua-hah-hah-hah!

But but but but but now, there's a new Big Bad! Haha.. Well, I can't tell if he's bad or good, but then again, you never know with Heroes. So I'm going to put him in the Big Bad corner first lah horh. 'Cause he is freaking cool!

Hello, May I Speak to Mr/Ms Prospect?

It is I, Hana, The Financial Adviser.

Hehehe. Ok lah, some of you know already. Haha.. I've been accepted by Prudential and I am now.... a qualified (QUALIFIED!! *squeals*) financial adviser.

I am so damn excited can?

Right now, I've got an office and a table and a tap card! Hahahaha. (and not my own office lah. My agency office in general.) Oh, and a personal telephone on my desk!

So currently I'm in the process of learning the ropes, and of course, getting ready to call all you people up! :D

Haha.. And come on, you know I won't force you to buy products lah ok. I just want you guys to help me practice my presentations lah. You know, so that when I present to real strangers, I'll be fine. :) And IF you guys get convinced in the process all the better! *beams*

So, just remember that Hana is not calling you to sell products. Hana is calling you to see whether she can help you! :D

*laughs* It's weird to think that, last month I didn't even have a proper job. And then this month, I have a career! Wah. *awed*

Anyway, I'm thinking of taking classes for Islamic banking or something. So that I've got a better understanding of financial issues from the Islamic viewpoint. Hmm.

AND! I am finally considering taking driving classes. Haha. It's becoming increasingly painful to have to walk down Anson Road to my office building, lugging around my laptop. Especially when it rains. (like this afternoon. bleh.)

Sh-ba-doinkle!

Haha. I notice I haven't been ranting about Heroes (or putting their hot pictures up) lately. So..



I'M GOING TO DO IT NOW!!

*rubs hands gleefully*

Last week we saw Episode 20, where I think I jumped around the house a couple of times, much to the chagrin of the rest of the family (who were having dinner and obviously couldn't join me).

I think Episode 20 a.k.a 'Five Years Gone' absolutely rocked.

Oh, I just wanna say this before I forget : There should be more hot women on the show to offset the numerous hot men. Seriously. *taps chin* Hot women count = uh. 2. Niki/Jessica and Claire. (no, Niki/Jessica doesn't count as two.) I don't think Candice qualifies 'cause she's such a tennet. And ahem, Hana doesn't qualify because it's taking a bloody long time for her to appear in the series.

(and when she did, SHE died. -_-)

Hot men count = Peter, Sylar, Nathan..... ooookay. Um.


Nah.

Well, Isaac was okay. I thought he kind of redeemed himself ... when he died. :D Haha. Ok, and because I love the character so much, Hiro! And faithful side-kick, Ando! (who is not in the picture above, bummer.) And I think Micah is an adorable little boy. And hmm.. Mohinder grew a beard for Five Years Gone and looked so much better, so okay!


Sylar and Mohinder back-when-he-was-dumb. Well, still is actually.

See? We need more women on the show! (and what'sherface doesn't count. she died when Isaac shot her. Hardiharhar.)

This week was Episode 21 a.k.a 'The Hard Part', which didn't rock as much as Episode 20, but STILL made me exclaim out loud at the ending.


Le Exploding Man.

"WHAT? HE'S GOING TO EXPLODE NOW??"

Do you know how irritating those three words and three fullstops are? Hmmm? Do you have any idea???

Things I hated about the episode :

1) That Sylar STILL couldn't hear the two Asian guys scampering around his house even with the extra extra super super hearing. -_- Gimme a break can?

2) Candice. Big no-brainer here. She traps Micah! Micah! You smart kid.. Nooooooo... And what's up with the painting of Micah trapped in the tv/ looking into the tv of burning flames thing?

3) That Ted, Matt and Daddy Bennet are walking around Kibby Plaza a.k.a Linderman headquarters in New York and not even pretending to be covert. Hello??

4) That I don't know who the bad guys are anymore.

I mean. Bennet was bad, now he's good, but Thompson, Bennet's boss, is bad, and works for Linderman, which is, still bad. But then Angela Petrelli is ALSO working with Linderman, which is bad, but is mother to Nathan who is good, but working for Linderman who is bad.

And then you have Claire who is good, who wants to be with her daddy Nathan, which is good, but Nathan is confiding in Linderman and Thompson which is bad, and tells Peter (who is good, DUH.) to run for it, which is good, but Peter is the exploding man, who's going to kill 0.07% of the world's population, which is bad.

Do you see what I mean??

And THEN put Sylar (who is bad) on top of that whole bloody mess and you've got HEROES! :D:D:D

Things I loved about the episode :

1) Hiro and Ando and their subtitles. Haha..


He still looks like a really nerdy martian to me. Haha..

2) When Sylar trapped his mother in a real life snow globe of sorts.

3) When Ted actually THAWED a car using his hands. *SO EFFING COOL!*

4) The last part where Peter meets Ted and starts to glow and I exclaim, "WHAT?? HE'S GOING TO EXPLODE NOW???"

Haha.. I think I might have to watch it a second time. I don't get why Peter and Claire were at Kibby Plaza. I mean, wasn't Peter supposed to get the yellow taxis and closed streets? Or.. wasn't Peter supposed to meet his brother at his brother's campaign... headquarters?

Hmmmmm.. *taps chin*

Well, anyway, that was a healthy rant! I feel so much better now that I've released all my nerdy pent-up energy.

And I can't wait for the last 2 episodes! Whoopee!

I hope Sylar *still* lives. It wouldn't be much fun if he didn't. But, I have little hope since it seems that Hiro is going to kill him. Nyah.

Ok, I shall stop here. Haha. I'm thinking... Only Farhan and Huda would have read it up till here. :D

I don't get how the show can twist and manipulate this man until you think he deserves to just, um, not win the election and then suddenly exonerate him just like that *snaps fingers* within a five-minute scene.

Heroes Ep. 18

I just got word from dear dad that Heroes will take a FIVE BLOODY WEEK rest.

I. am. ASTOUNDED.

WTH LAH. Give us an episode like that and then you take a five week rest???

NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

I am still trying to get over this episode.

Well, Simone's dead. Like, really dead. HAHARR-


*hana throws confetti!*

We find out how Peter gets his scar. (I was screaming like a bloody chicken with a cushion pressed to my face when that happened. -_- Oh Peter, look what you reduced me to.)


How come he has a scar if he can regenerate? Won't he be beautiful forever?

We also find out who the Haitian reports to. (Hafiz shook me till my eyeballs fell out when the person was revealed.)

On top of that, Hiro FINALLY GETS THE SWORD!! YADAAA!!! And then teleports to future New York post bomb.


"I changed my glasses lei. The frames suddenly became white. Weird huh. Komendasai~"

*sidetrack* I wonder where Hiro tried to teleport to. The most understandable place would be to Isaac's loft, but he teleported to the Devaux rooftop instead. Hmmmmmmm.

Anyway. ANDO ROCKS TOO!! Woo hoo!

And again, SYLAR ROCKS MY BLOODY SOCKS. Haha. The actor is damn wow can. He's the bad guy, but you're screaming for Mohinder not to shoot him in the head. At the same time, you're screaming cos you kind of know Mohinder's going to end up d-e-a-d if Sylar manages to escape. Then no other geneticist will be able to come up with *wags fingers* the list.


Mohinder! You killed Dale!! The tuning fork move was just CLASSIC! *appaluse*

Sigh. Again. You give us this kind of episode and expect us to sit quietly at home for five weeks. BLARGHHHHH.. *throws an elephant at Tim Kringg*

And why is the actor playing Sylar only guest-starring???? He should get at least a permanent role lorh!

Oh. Oh yes. I think the shape-shifter is bloody annoying. She's the reason i didn't get full satisfaction over Simone's death. HMPH.

*hahaha.. they're calling him Mohindy in the forums.*

*checks* so episode 19 of heroes will be out on..... the 9th of April.

blub blub blub.

So i watched Heroes Ep. 17 late last night. Three consecutive times. With dad and the monsters the first time, mum the second time, and hafiz the third time. Phew.

And i cried ALL THREE TIMES.

-_- (cue for Hana to do a fake faint.)

At one point i was going, "I hate this stupid show!! (because it's making me cry and the plot is just so SHOCKING!)"

*laughs* of course i don't hate it. It's the first show since Buffy that I've really been able to connect with. Ahha.

Anyways, the reason why i cried was because of these two :



I take it back ok? She's not annoying. Just very very talented. Hmph. And BOO to all Claire/Peter shippers. *nasty laugh*

Jack Coleman, the guy who plays Daddy Bennet is just. talented nak mampus lah eh. Hahaha.. Sorry, but he is. How did i go from hating him to liking him to sympathizing with him to actually shouting when i thought his big boss was going to shoot him? -_-

The show went and put a whole new shocking spin and i'm wondering whether we're going to watch Peter self-destruct or not. haha.. (i hope not.) but since isaac painted it, probably. :(

Oh yeah. I cried the last part. -_- just before : "To Be Continued."

Annoying sia.

Anyways, I'm now listening to PGL the musical soundtrack (thanks Nadia for remembering.. hehe). Some kind soul actually uploaded them on the internet. :) I want Bayan's song though. It's not on the soundtrack, and that's not cool. Hmph.

In other news, I also watched, "The Holiday" on DVD last weekend, and i must say, i loved it. haha.. Initially didn't want to watch it because I have an aversion to Cameron Diaz, but.. there was nothing nice on tv. *laughs*



I liked Kate Winslet though. Haha. Her accent rocks! Feel good movie. Everyone should watch it. Haha.. :p

HAHAHAHAHA. Ok. So what the heck is he still doing on the show?? *i hope he finds out he's with his dad's murderer and then the murderer kills him!*

Ok, so i read some spoilers.. :D And Mohinder is not on the list + he doesn't have any powers. Poor poor Mohinder. *giggles*

It's plain obvious i don't have any sympathy for him innit? Hahaha..

In other news.. another one bites the dust! Woo hoo! I was clapping lah when she died. hehe..

-_- Nobody even bothered to write a character profile for her, much less take a decent picture of her. *laughs*


I (probably) died in episode 16. Are you happy now??

Yes. :D She was annoying. Hence i'm extremely happy. Hahahaha.. But.. here's the big BUT! She may, next week, suddenly find a new.. power or something. A literal heart of steel maybe. Haha. You never know. Simone is THAT annoying.



Last but not least, everybody's favourite-to-cheer-on character (besides Hiro Nakamura), Peter Petrelli. Hahaha.. He has like, the coolest power lah.

And he gets most of the CGI i guess. (besides Claire and she hasn't been showing much blood or bones these few episodes) :D So yes, even though he's the big bomb that will blow up New York, he's still cool. :D

Plus! Plus! He helps Mr Eee-sock kill Simone!! *clap clap* Wonderful wonderful cliffy. What an absolutely wonderful way to kill off a character. hahahahahahaha.

I tell you, Heroes has this stupid.. hold on you. You root for the good guy, you root for the bad guy, you root for everybody (except Simone) and all because, hey, it could happen. *smiles*

And now that i'm satisfied with my rave about Heroes tonight, i shall say Sayonara' and Good night. :)

Potter? Potter who?

I just watched episode 14 of Heroes. *jumps up and down excitedly*

IT IS THE BEST SHOW IN THE BLOODY WORLD LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

And i think it just cured me of any Harry Potter ramblings for at least two months.

*makes weird faces at the computer*

Why can't America come out with the series any quicker?? Like, twice a week ke...... Thrice a week also can.

I NEED MORE DOSAGE OF HEROES. 40 MINUTES PER EPISODE IS NOT ENOUGH I TELL YOU... NOT ENOUGH!!!!




Claire's biological mummy is climbing the charts as one of the COOLEST heroes yet. Hahaha. I can't help it. The power damn cool lah.

AND HER FATHER. My gad. Huda, dad and i practically shouted at our poor tv when Claire's biological dad was revealed. The show has the audience THAT connected to it.

So now i can't wait for episode 15. Tuesday afternoon come faster leh. :P

GAHHH!!!

I AM A WRECK. I WANT TO WATCH EPISODE 13 OF HEROES LIKE NOW!

*calms down*

Channel 5 should play Heroes. I'm serious.

I mean. (I can't believe i'm saying this) The bloody show is better than Buffy. And Prison Break. And CSI. And Grey's Anatomy.

The bloody show wins hands down.

I need to know what happens next lah. It's too irritating to know that the boy has gotten hold of the 13th episode and i can't watch it till i meet him. GAHHHHH.

Anyways. Since i have nothing better to do (well, actually i do have a mock paper to do but whatever) I shall introduce to you the cast of Heroes. *beams* Well, my favourites at any rate.
