So I lost my phone. For the first time in 10 years of owning a phone, I lost my bloody phone.
Yes, that new shiny, red and white one.
I kinda felt that I'd lose this one. I don't know why. I had a premonition I suppose. But hey. What's lost is lost. :)
So I took the necessary steps. Except now, I have no more phone numbers of people.
Haha.. It's irritating, work-wise, but I'll be at work tmr, so I can update all their particulars then.
Other than that, I kinda see it as a deletion of the past. Hahaha. I sometimes keep numbers out of a sense of responsibility. I think ah. Hahaha. But now that it's gone, YAAY!
Tomorrow I will call the cab company, to see if there is a kind Samaritan who sent it to the lost and found. Haha. No, i am not hoping for good news.
~*~
That said, I wanted to talk about irritating people today. (except Patapon 2 is kinda calling out to me.. shite.)
Ok. *controls herself* Anyway, I wanted to rant about some people. And I guess this has been a long time coming lah. There are lots of people who irritate me - and some even make me super duper angry that I have no choice but to imagine punching them in the stomach, kicking them in their unmentionables - or something less gruesome if you will.
But then again, I already have my listening ear, and I do calm down immeasurably when he listens. And for that, I'm thankful.
Thank You. And thank you for keeping me grounded. (kalau tidak habis dah I melenting betul-betul.)
Heh.
~*~
Besides that, we had an awesome birthday celebration for Hafiz. I ordered the cupcakes I've been super-longing for from Maya.. Dapattt jugak makan your cupcakes eh? They were SUPERB. Loved loved loved them.
My brother even went so far as to save one of them for this girl he likes. Hahaha. Kental. :p The brother, not the girl, and certainly not the cupcake. Lol.
So I have work tmr, and therefore I should sleep. Loooooong day ahead. Hahaha.
But I feel so much better knowing that you're not that far when I'm at work. :)
I congratulate myself, Karim and Shamsul for a job well done ya? Hahahahaha. I hereby announce that MUHAMMAD HAFIZ BIN ABDUL RAHMAN got pranked last night lah ehhhhhhhhhh.
So. How do you prank a prankster for his birthday?
YOU CELEBRATE IT TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE!! :D:D:D:D:D
And of course it had to be "THE BIG ONE" as Hafiz is going to NS on the 5th of June. Just two days after his actual birthday.
The plan was first "hatched" around 31st of April, when I received this email message from Shamsul.
You're invited!
We're talking about Habez's Birthday (3rd June) Celebration of course and since it will be weeks away till his big day, we dun have much details yet. What you can do to help contribute in to make this celebration a memorable one (besides your attendance!) is to throw in any ideas you'd like to add to this plan karim and i roughly came up with.
Hahahaha... Ok, if you must have details, our first plan was to go to Henderson Waves to surprise Hafiz ah. But kan, kan, kan. JAUH SEH NAK JALAN. (that was me complaining. because I've been up there. it's crazy to get off it at night. :))
So in the end, the three of us decided to make Hafiz come down all the way to Vivocity and just celebrate his birthday there! :D
Plan was in two parts, first part, was to surprise Hafiz with the WRSS people + + all his very close friends up on Vivocity deck. Hahaha.. I have yet to see the video in all its glory, but what I saw of the raw footage was really really funny.
(and then there was the fact that hafiz came upon his friends lounging on the deck with 3 candles stuck to the floor - because shamsul bought a cake that didn't come with any candle holders. hahahaha.)
So they were all happy happy, and then Karim and Shamsul just directed them to go eat at Harbourfront Breeks.
And that was where the 2nd part of the surprise was! Farhan, Huda and I were waiting for Hafiz there! hahahaha.. And the best part was, HE DIDN'T EVEN SEE IT COMING LAHHHHH!!! hahahahahahah...
I had booked the seats beforehand, and when asked about the separation of tables, I told them I didn't mind being separated, except that the most I can take is 2 separated tables. In the end, they gave us the 2 alcoves in Breeks (the alcoves I've been kinda dying to sit in ah by the way.)
Hence, Hafiz couldn't see us since we were sequestered in one of the alcoves. Hahahahaha. Kelakar seh. The expresssion on his face that was caught on video was PRICELESS.
And then came the presents, and a HUGE one from Shams, Karim and I. A huge poster of Hafiz's face ah. Hahahahahahaha. Which was damn funny. :P
Earlier, Farhan and I were in Chinatown to pick up said Poster and even had it framed. :D
And here are pictures!!
Blogger is being a tennet. So. I will put up more pictures later. :D

no title.
I have to go to work in a few! But I am here typing!
Because I need to push an embarrassing Melayu-fied post down! ASAP!
Haha.
The boy has the day off today, but MY day ends at 8.30pm tonight. :(
But look on the bright side, I spent a WHOLE day with him yesterday. We even managed to catch a movie! (which is pretty miraculous since we haven't seen one in yonks - not counting Angels and Demons lah ok.)
I still haven't uploaded any pictures from my camera. Hahaha. But there are pretty pictures from Farhan's camera that haven't been transferred to me because my MSN is a tennet.
So i will post up a silly picture today! Siap dengan muka tak senonoh! (I don't know if i put this up before or not. I cannot remember. But my face makes me want to slap myself, and hence, here it is for your viewing pleasure.)
And of course this reminds me that HARRY POTTER IS COMING SOON TO THEATRES!!!!!
Oh! Okok, one more. Korang nak tengok gambar budak dari Batam?
Siap dengan selipar jepun. Hahaha. Backlighting teruk seh. Maklumlah, not Dslr mah. Hahahaha..I was so dark last time! Hitam-legam-legim!
Ok dah. I need to quick quick get ready. Love you!
Soon, I have to teach Malay, and because I cannot speak Malay to save my life, Farhan has suggested that i try BLOGGING in Malay to see if this can improve my grasp/command of the Malay language.
Disclaimer :
1) My Malay sucks. And if you think your Malay sucks more than my Malay, you're wrong. Very very very wrong.
2) PLEASE do not use my Malay. I beg you. This is just for my own practice, not for example. Ok?
3) My Malay will crack you up. (especially if you read it out loud.) I'm not exaggerating. My own boyfriend tells me that I shouldn't speak the language. Merosakkan Bahasa Melayu sahaja! he says.
4) Oh well.
~*~
Peribahasa saya ni dah lah susah nak difahamkan. Manusia lain cakap, "Burung terbang dipipiskan lada."
Versi saya : "Bagaikan burung dipipiskan lada."
Macam mana nak ajar budak-budak ni? Cikgu mereka (iaitu saya) memang tak expert sekali. Tapi takpe. Cikgu akan tetap um, menerai bersungguh-sungguh.
(ok i'm cracking up. i cannot make my malay words flow.)
Ok. Baiklah. Saya (Hana) langsung tak faham apakah maknanya "dipipiskan lada". Apakah itu pipis? Adakah ia seperti burung pipit?
(ye, versi pertama saya sebenarnya, : "Bagaikan burung pipit dipipiskan lada."
Jadi, kenapa orang-orang (cikgu-cikgu/murid-murid/semorang) kata, "Burung terbang dipipiskan lada" membawa makna, 'Sebelum benda tu terjadi, kita dah sebok-sebok berbual pasal benda tu.'?
Apa kena-mengena dengan benda yang belum jadi sedangkan kita tak boleh pun makan burung pipit?
~*~
Ok. I am sorry. I cannot continue anymore because I know I suck. HAAHAHAHAHAHAHA. But yeah. The point of the whole exercise was to showcase my unbelievable LACK of TALENT/PRACTICE/EVERYTHING in the Malay Language. (not just peribahasa ok?)
So HOW, dear readers, can I be expected to teach Malay with that kind of standard?
Habis, fail budak tuh. :S
~*~
Tune in to more Cik Salmah-ness, when I'm in the mood for it. Hahaha.. Good night world.
This kept replying in my brain. So I thought I'd do myself a favour and just put it up here. (because i'm pissed. and you will know why in a minute.)
All I can think of as I watch the video is the fact that George loved Izzie. Throughout the season, we see him looking at her, dare I say it, with pain in his lovely blue eyes.
So what if Izzie has a big old brain tumor? First she broke up George's marriage, and then George had to watch her dump him, get back together with Alex, AND WALK HER DOWN THE AISLE TOWARD ALEX.
And then he gets hit by a bus.
*clap clap*
It is not fair that I have to watch one of my favourite character's mangled, broken, and bloody body while all that Izzie got was balding. B-A-L-D-I-N-G!!!! BALDING!!! Bloody bloody irritating.
And this explains why my brain just couldn't, no, WOULD'NT process that George, "lovely, sweet, kind, George. George who-wouldn't-hurt-a-fly, George" was finger-writing 007 on Meredith's palm.
That said, the elevator scene practically made my heart ache. How dare Izzie get most of the boys AND George? Because George was there, all kind and lovely in his military uniform. PLUS! all the love in the world in his blue eyes.
Izzie doesn't deserve it. Give me George in Iraq over Izzie and her stupid hummingbirds.
URGH.
(kan dah DNR, DO NOT RESUSCITATE IZZIE YOU BLOCKHEADS!)
did you say it? i love you. i don't ever want to live without you. you changed my life. did you say it? make a plan. set a goal. work toward it. but every now and then look around. drink it in.
cause this is it. it might all be gone tmr.
There. I got it off my chest. I hope George survives. Obviously I don't care what happens to Isobel Stevens. But from what i read in the forums, i do believe that there's a bigger possibility that George will get a new face (via Dr McSteamy) and hence that spells new actor as George O'Malley.
And that sucks big time. Poor George. Next time let the girl die ok. You save yourself, and go to Iraq.
I had a good time last night with the NIE crew, at Sakura Int Buffet, Downtown East. Pictures memang ada, but you know me.
SANGATTTTTT LAH MALAS NAK UPLOAD.
And I have a feeling that I'm supposed to do some work, preparing for next week. But I've been manga-ing and sleeping all day. Crappolaaa.
Ok. Get up. Get my act together. Tmr work. Hahaha.
June is packed with activities, there's the brother's NS thing slash bday, the picnic, the Batam trip, two (maybe three) weddings, and lots and lots of photography with the boy. Wheee.
Cause I'm getting something spesel for June. Muahahahahaha. Suka bebangat.
Hmm. Should I add a picture here? Yes? No?
K. No pictures to put up. hahahahaha. Except the ones from my camera which have yet to be uploaded. *grins*
That's all from me today.
Snow on the Sahara. Good good song. I should find more Anggun songs. :P
Eh, Sheryl Crow classics are really really um, best. Hahahaha. Sorry lah. I just got home. I put down my things, I started marking, I got myself up to date with FB, and yeah, here we are. So I'm still disoriented.
But! The Boy made me a happy happy person tonight just by :
1) Meeting me and presenting me with a single red rose (yes, out of the blue.)
2) Buying for me PATAPON 2 lah cannnnnnnnnn.
So Hana happy. Hence, Hana is smiling.
Hana also took some pictures of said Rose with a certain suspicious RING, but it's night time, and my digital macro fails me at night because i refuse to increase my ISO settings any higher than 200 and this hence does not help with camera shaking. So no photos with ring.
So now Hana will end her post the same way she began it :
Here's : If It Makes You Happy, Sheryl Crow, acoustic.
If it makes you happy, Why the hell are you so sad?
Thank you Dear. I know why you did what you did tonight, and I appreciate it, so so much.
My head's spinning, I should get to sleep. But I am stubborn enough to want to type this lame-ass entry.
Week 2 of exams is here, and we're moving at full speed. And I was exhausted after my third class of noisy P4s. I love them to death, but they're superbly noisy and they don't have to put their mind to it at all.
~*~
I hope Fizah likes the album tmr. It took us practically 5 hours to put it together. Hahaha. And that's what I call extreme scrapbooking. Which I don't wanna have to go through again any time soon.
Also looking forward to some form of bombardment on the boy tmr (because of me of course. it usually is. :P)
~*~
K i'm starting to yawn. So I'll cut this short.
I had a tiring but wonderful day because I got to spend a couple of hours with you.
*hearts* And thank you, You for taking this shot. :D I love her smiling like that.
Bouquets! One is slowly dying in my room.
Fizah's Engagement
Dah lama tak jumpa ini olang-olang.
Girlies!
Replacing each other. :P
Superbly candid.
Farhan : Tells Fizah to wipe her face. Fizah : *wipes something off her face* Wirna : Huh? Ye ke? Hari : Sini taruk dalam. Adi : I didn't see nuthin'! I swear! Faris : *laughs at sini-taruk-dalam* Ida : Huh? Hmm? Saf : Iyer lahhhh!
(nope, none of the above happened. Hahahaha.)
Happy Sofra-ians
I don't know why I was looking at him sceptically, must've been something he said.
This is me smiling on cue. Hahaha..
View straight up, from my seat. Hahahaha. Memang takde kerja.
Because I am cruel. Click to experience even more cruelty.
Hakim, the bday boy
A Beautiful Saturday Evening at Vivocity lah where else
(photos from Farhan's camera will be uploaded soon. I'm bushed. and I haven't started on science. :S)
We celebrated Mothers' Day at Sakura Admiralty, ate lots and lots of food. Sitting next to MUHAMMAD HAFIZ BIN ABDUL RAHMAN is always very exciting as he eats all kinds of um stuff, and makes you taste them too.
And he also always gets the tasty stuff to eat. He KNOWS what to get at a buffet. So best duduk sebelah adik nombor dua. Good good.
(Yes, i have pictures. nanti ah.)
After that, we went to Rumah Tok Mak, where we baca doa untuk ibu-ibu, and then we had a mini performance, by Hakim and Friends.
Eh. My face damn stiff liao. Need to take off the peel-off mask. Wait ah.
~*~
Back! Hmm. Then after that we were just sitting around and recounting past holidays, past experiences with this group of people i call family, past everything. Haha.. From broken arms, to things Amirah used to say, to cooking Nasi Lemak in London hotels, to .. well. everything. :D
And i have a SUPER LONG DAY tmr... and i can't sleep yet because i have to prepare for my science LESSONSSSSS tmr. :D
But hey. not complaining. I love it.
Pictures in the next post. You'll get it when you get it. Hahahaha.
If someone had told me when I was a kid that I'd be extremely happy-nak-mampus when presented with a vacuum cleaner, I'd have laughed them into the next planet.
As it is, when mum told me in the car last night that she had FINALLY bought the SACRED vacuum cleaner, I totally burst into ecstasy.
Seriously dude. A Vacuum Cleaner can make someone like me who has to SWEEP RUBBISH day in day out before leaving for work happy happy happy happy times ten googols. (that's 1 times ten to the power of 100, times ten, times 4 happies.)
And I made my brothers (the culprits of said RUBBISH) clean the house today because it's SATURDAY! Hooray for weekends where I get to enslave siblings! Woo hoo! (huda and hafiz wisely slept through the whole enslavement process, giving the two midgets hakim and harith ample time to clean the whole place.)
*is obviously pleased with herself*
Ok then. Yaay for Saturdays!
You will have pictures when I stop admiring my new blue vacuum cleaner.
Meeting the boy for a mere 10 minutes at his school gate so that I could pass him some tags that I made for his collegues.
Haha. The other highlight was about 2 hours ago when I heard this joke on the radio :
"Kenapa orang dulu-dulu bila sapu sampah, satu tangan pegang penyapu, satu tangan letak belakang?"
Answer : "Sebab kalau dua-dua tangan taruk belakang macam mana nak sapu?"
God, that made me laugh.
~*~
Still doing my science. Gahhhhh. I shouted at Nabil today because he didn't do the homework that HE assigned to himself. Sigh. No mercy. I made him cry.
I also punished about 5 boys from my English class because they gave me unnecessary and not to mention stupid crap. Little buggers.
And tmr I have to scold two more little girls from my P6 Math class. :|
Kk. back to science. back to science.

Bleak
I'm trying not to see everything in a bleak perspective.
I'm trying not to be pessimistic.
I'm trying my best here, so please World-In-General, help a girl out yeah?
I suddenly remember something an acquaintance told me years back,
"The future is bleak Hana, remember that."
~*~
On to lighter, happier stuff, 2 marathon weeks coming up starting tomorrow! I'm excited, and I don't know why. Hahaha. I haven't even started preparing for them. But I'm still excited!
So there's the 3 more tags to work on, plus the photo album cover, plus the science. Hahahahaha. And i'm here typing.
~*~
Grey's Anatomy made me cry A WHOLE TRUCKLOAD last night. Gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. And then I felt mildly depressed, but Miranda Bailey made it okay.
I feel like Bailey sometimes. Sucks. But good too.
~*~
And I SO have to get started now. Very very now. Right now, now.
K bye world.

A long and sometimes serious update. :)
Hello Blogosphere!!! I'm baaaaccckkkkk. (hiatus only half a month. boleh macam gitu.)
So lots of stuff has been going on since I last updated :
1) Convocation
2) Got a job working with lots of smelly, noise, lovely kids
3) Jia-you-ed Farhan through his practicum
4) Lots of random, sporadic dates (partly the reason why I haven't had anything substantial to blog about)
5) Hafiz and his two un-blood brothers went on a weekend trip to KL
6) Grandfather experienced a stroke two days before my convocation : Attn, he is all right now, the effects of the minor stroke did not last. And he bravely attended my convocation. :) Hana hearts him so. :)
7) My paternal grandfather fractured his hipbone a few days ago. He wasn't warded, but is still in a lot of pain, so we visited him just now..
8) We also celebrated Hakim's tenth bday today, to which i proclaimed to the whole family that when I have kids, I'm going to make sure their birthdays fall on holidays too so that mum and dad have NO CHOICE but to celebrate it with them. Muahaha.
And.. that's it.
I have pictures, but i am so lazy and I have too many things to do what with the exam period looming like a dark cloud. Hahaha.. The next two weeks are going to be super crazyyyyyyy. But i'll live. :D
Because there are only a few things that could beat hearing, "HELLO MISS HANNAH MONTANA!!!" everyday. :)
(an example that could beat that would be my DATE!!!!!! tmr with Boy-Who-Has-A-Flu)
Ahha.
On a random note, I bought paper dolls just now. And i'm on my last diy chocolate. I'm so proud of them that I will post up a picture of them when i'm done. Tee hee. The felt chocolate looked so edible mum and dad almost ate them. -_-
Oooh. Before I forget. To see more emazing pictures taken by Boy-Who-Has-A-Flu, go to :
www.hantography.com (i'm too lazy to hyperlink this. just copy and paste yes?)
